Developer Workbench Login: Application Error

Hello,

I am trying to login to the Developer Workbench and keep getting the following error: 
Application error
An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command
heroku logs --tail
Any ideas what could be causing this?

Update: The login is now working, but I am getting the same error when going to the SOQL query page.

Login is working fine but the error is getting on SOQL query page.
So you can refresh the page. On refreshing you can't get error.
