How can I move an object set from my playground to production?

Please Help! 

I created an object and its related fields in the playground to ensure quality but now I can't find the information on how to move this already created object to production. 

Is this possible?

Hi Christen,

Playground orgs are temporary org and aren't meant for developer activities apart from completion of trailhead modules.

I would suggest you to use new developer edition or sandbox org and later you can move changes to production using VS code, change sets or ANT migration tools.

A Trailhead Playground is like a DE org, but specifically for Trailhead. Trailhead Playgrounds come with Trailhead-specific data, and a pre-installed package that we use to test your hands-on challenges. ...
