What does this error mean during an Async SOQL execution (An unexpected error occurred ID: 431014890 (-6562644))?

I'm trying to migrate fro one big object to another using Async SOQL but I'm getting the error  ID: 431014890 (-6562644). This error is happening in a sandbox that I'm working on for a client. What does this error means?

Hi Carlos,

Based on the GACK id I see an existing inv with r&d according to which a fix will  would be rolled out in 236.8 patch(safe harbour) . If you need more details on it Can you log a case with salesforce support so you can get more details about the issue and fix.
