How to add 2 record link in email template

I am running approval process and for that I am creating an email template:
I had written the following template:

Please find below the record: {!Test_Exempt__c.Link}

Account Link: {!Account.Link}

I want these two links in the same email but I am not getting it. Only the first link is getting displayed. I want the Account link as well.
Can someone please help ?

Can you share more details like steps to repro , code of email template so I can try on my org to suggest better.

Only 2 lines of code is there :
Please find below the record: {!Test_Exempt__c.Link}
Account Link: {!Account.Link}

Output:
I am getting only the first record link in the email but what about the second one that is the Account record link
