what exactly are Setup and non-setup Visualforce Pages?

Hi Sai Kiran,

We only have Set up objects and Non setup objects. I don't hope we have any Setup and non-setup Visualforce Pages in Salesforce.

If we can navigate to the security -> session setting -> 

User-added image

We will be able to see this oprtions and this is where my question came from.
Can you help me inderstanding what happens if we diable these options.

I am actually trying to load a CSRF enabled page which is login flow and was not able to.

Hi Sai Kiran,

Once you go to setup and you will find the setup Home and what ever pages present in that are called set up pages and our normal Visual force pages are Non setup pages I guess as per the below article
