How to control visible flow component in Experience Builder

Hi All

Id like to know how to control visible flow component in Experience Builder Page.

A User :can see flow component .
B User :can't  see flow component .
 

Would you teach me ?Is tehre way to control?

In my understandig, FlowSecurity cant contorl by record data.

Is there way to control flow component by record data?
