field that converts the start date and time based on the pickllist value that shows ‘Customer Time’

I have a requirement to convert Event start date and time based on picklist values ( Hawaii time, Alaska time, Pacific time) that shows customer time.
Can some one help me

I'm not whether it is possible through validation rule, so posted on that. I would delete that.
