Hi Siva,
Could you please attach a screenshot of the screen you're currently looking?  Additionally, have you tried creating a new Salesforce Developer Edition (playground) environment to see if the issue persists?

I tried to insert the image, but it is not getting inserted

when i navigated into process builder, there NEW button is not showing, without that how is it possible to create a new process

Hi were you able to find the solution to this...came across this issue. Thew "New"Button is not shown in the process builder page
