remove "view all" from lightning record page console view

Is there a way to remove "view all" from a related list on a lightning record page in console view? (without creating a custom LWC)

Hi Ahon,

This is salesforce standard functionality and you cannot remove "view all" from related list in lightning page.  However you can customize how many records to display at once, and choose whether to show the list view action bar.

Ok, Im tracking removing view all is not a salesforce capability of a lightning record page related list. Is the only option a custom LWC?
