How to give Formula Field

I have Taken TWo objects               Purchase                                         sales
                                                  Purchase_Quantity__c                         Selling_Quantity__c 


 How to give the formula Field one object to other object pls tel me

Hi Chandra,

Make replationship between both objects either lookup or master detail. After that you can make formula field on child object in which you can use fields of parent object.

That's why I am saying make relationship between both objects. Add lookup field on Purchase_Quantity__c object of Selling_Quantity__c, then you can make formula field on Purchase_Quantity__c object in which you can use Selling_Quantity__c object fields.
