Data Not Available The data you were trying to access could not be found. It may be due to another user deleting the data or a system error. If you know the data is not deleted but cannot access it

Hi All,
I get the above error when creating Case.

So we have a Cases Portal designed for Customers. When they use it and create cases there are no errors. But if i login as any Internal User and try to create a Case i see the above error.

I tried making the class "without sharing" which did not work.

Could someone please help me.

Please check your profile level object setting

Thanks Amit,

Yes i have checked this.
I have given Read,Create,Edit,Delete Permissions to the Profile.
It works fine for External Profile and Admin Profile but not the internal profile. Any others things that i should check?

When i give the particular profile with "VIEW ALL" access it seems to be working fine. But giving this access is like giving off partial admin rights.

Please help me with alternate solution.

You Can create the Sharing rule. to provide the read write access to that profile or role
