enable setting so that no Chatter Feed will be posted in the admin's Chatter Page

The Admin in an Organization by default receives the Chatter Feed updates for any post created by other users. All posts in an Orgamization can be listed in the list of All Company feeds. Is there any setting to disable these Chatter Feeds, so that the admin won't recieve any updates?

I am not sure what you mean by Admin Receives Chatter feed update? Any user regardless of Admin or not, has option to enable/disable notifications they received. You need to click on My Settings on Top Right corner and then under chatter you can see Email Notifications and various options. Please set the options accordingly,  Hope this helps

Admin is also an user. 
Any user recieves notifications in Chatter Feeds. The 'Email Notifications' setting is for emails, not for Chatter Feeds I think. If I disable these options, will it stop populating my Chatter Feeds page with the notifications?
