There is some post-install scripting that the publisher (First Choice) has in their package that is now throwing an error in Winter '16.  You need to get in touch with the publisher.

Hi Andy,

Thanks for your response.

We got an update from Salesforce this issue is happening because of the below mentioned reason.

Insert failed. First exception on row 0 with id a2UU0000004vEkiMAE; first error: INVALID_FIELD_FOR_INSERT_UPDATE, cannot specify Id in an insert call:

[Id]"`00DJ0000003SDU9`005U0000000d4q0`Enterprise Edition`DEMO``04tU00000009ucp

Developer script exception from First Choice : PostInstallCustomSettings : Insert failed. First exception on row 0 with id {a2U_ID_STRIPPED}; first error:

INVALID_FIELD_FOR_INSERT_UPDATE, cannot specify Id in an insert call: [Id]

Is there any way to over come this issue.

You unfortunately cannot - you need to get in touch with the package developer.
