Hi, Amit, there are a lot of ways of compeleting entire applications built on the Salesforce platform (now called App Cloud). My personal opinion is that using just lightning components can be tricky--but they are getting more and more sophisticated. If you can give us some more details, we can probably answer your question better.

Not sure what you were expecting! You can do one of two things:
1. Hire a consultant to do this.
2. Try building it and ask specific implementation questions if you are stuck or validate design
