Thanks for your reply James but the problem is Salesforce knowledge component is already enabled in my service console but while creating macros i am not able to add knowledge components in add instructions. The requirement is i want to append article in email body using macros please give me suggestions.

After login, I go to Service Console, where I select the Case Object, where we have Custom buttons for a specific record type I select one button and crate the case but when I tried to close the tab it's giving me an option of Save, Don't Save and Cancel without clicking edit button and tab doesn't close?
