Enable call center for partner community users

Hi all,

can I enable the call center for partner community users?

In the call center detail page I click on "Manage Call Center Users", then I click on "Add More Users".
If I click on button "Find" without apply filters, I see only users with "Salesforce" as user license.

The Service Cloud/Call Center/CTI functionality are available for Service Cloud (Salesforce) users only.

We're already using the Call Center without the Service Cloud.
Sales Cloud users can use the softphone on the sidebar if they are enabled to use it.
Our issue is that we don't know how to enable the Call Center for the Partner Community users, because I didn't find limitations on user license type inside the official guides.
