CRM in simple tearms: Finding a customer through campaigns or any source of marketing and maintaining relationship with that customer and providing service to customer.
Ex: Take an example for any telecom service providers,
1. They conduct some campaigns to promote their product, once any person is interested in that product and buy that product then he becomes the customer to that company. 2. Then there the relation starts and that company offers to their customers about new plans or offers etc., to maintain relationship with them. 3. If any customer having problems with the product then they used to call the customer care for service, this will be done by providing service to the customers.
