Stop the auto trigger email

Hi Adminstrators and Developers,
Is there any way, to stop the auto email trigger to the user when the user is newly created? Please help.

When we create a user, There is checkbox at botton which says send password email did you tried to uncheck it while creating user ?

Actually all 3 options listed at the User's profile need to uncheck to address the above problem. Thanks for addressing the issue. 

On a different thread-
