Does Salesforce provides any application for Quality management or Test management application

I would like to know whether Salesforce provides any application related Quality management or Test management activities. Like capturing test scenario's , Test cases and Test Plan for the projects.

Yes I have checked in Appexchange. But i couldnot find any app designed by salesforce itself. I have seen some third party vendors as you mentioned like Test Tracker Professional. But I am specifically want to know that kind of app is designed by Salesforce for Test tracking purpose or not.

I think it is easy to build a simple app depending on your requirements using point and click. including some custom objects with relations, workflows, reports etc.
