I know the one way intergrating salesforce with active directories using sso. But without sso is it possible to fetct data from active directories into salesforce. I have urgent requirement help out ASAP. Thanks in advance.

If you have a REST or SOAP endpoint that exposes data you could pull data from your active directory service. There is nothing that I now of that natively does that inside of Salesforce. There may be a third party application that does.
