Accessing dataloader.io via Grant Account Login Access

Until Winter '16 I was able to log into customer sites via "Grant Account Login Access" and use dataloader.io to load data for them. When I try to do this now, though, I get an insufficient privileges error in Salesforce. Is there any way I can get around this new limitation? Thanks.

Mark,

I would open a support case with Salesforce to inquire further about this one - I don't know of anything specific that changed (nor can I find anything quick in the release notes) that would lead me to any decent hypothesis.

An alternative - via a support case, you can have Salesforce open "Audit Fields" to you so you can set CreatedBy/CreatedDate/etc fields on a regular dataload as your admin account.
