I am having a error while installing Force.com IDE to eclipse kepler 4.3 ?

Installing Software has encountered a problem.

I would try this on a different internet connection or possibly wait a few hours to try again.  I just tried that URL and it seems to work OK for me.

There is a chrome application named Metaforce and it's an amazing salesforce development tool which can be used to modify/deploy apex class/vf pages/trigger/object/workflow, etc.
