Hi Is there jobs in salesforce for Marketing background student ? If yes what kind of certification will be needed and what role he/she will get in companies ?

There are jobs for people of all backgrounds.  Best thing is to start out on Trailhead (http://developer.salesforce.com/trailhead) and go through the trails/modules there.  Then you can look at training and pursuing the Salesforce official certifications!

Roles are up to each company, no one can answer that here.  All I can say is that the sky is the limit!
