Any badges that you complete now, can be added, but ones that have been completed in the past - that's the part they don't have done yet.

Just goto linked in :

(1) Goto Certifications

(2) Type the name of the Badge

(3) Paste your Trailhead Badges Profile Link in Certification URL

(4) Type "Salesforce Trailhead" as issuer

(5) Save it

Whether you do it yourself or Trailhead do it for you there is no change!

Thanks guys,

@JeffreyStevens, Im just refering to the badges that I completed now, I dont have previous badges :)
@Uvais, actually we'll get 11 badges in Developer Biginner (like Data modeling, data managemnt etc), can we add all of them?

Ya - Good to know that you can add them manually.  For adding them automically - I think that when you complete a badge - and you get the "Share with others" screen - all still from Traihead - there is a button to link to your LinkedIn account.  IIRC - I did that once, and then it actually took me to Linked in, and there was a screen at the top that said that my badge/certification, and asked if I wanted to add it to my certifications.

Oh good, I read somewhere that these badges are limited time, by any chance do you have an idea how long this trail head challenges will be there ?

@Raneeth You get an option to share the badge in linked in when you complete new modules.
If you want to add it later you can add it manually by typing badge name.

Here i typed trail name instead of badge name
