Contracts by Region

Is there any way to make the contracts accessible by region.  We are a global company and would like to set up the contracts so that the asia region manager could see only the asia contracts (and the same for European, Americas region managers) 
 
Does anyone know of any way to achieve this?

i have been working on a similar hierarchy for last 4 months. and i have setup it in my organization. Our client is scattered in 18 different countries ( US / EU / Canada / Aus). We have managed their users / role hierarchy in exactly same manner that manager of one country can view / modify  data only of his own concern.  I would love you help you in setting up this you can contact me for further help at
