Performance on new servers

Hello,
 
It seems like performance has been worse since we have been moved from na1 to na2.  For example, a retrieve on one Account (14 standard fields, 21 custom fields) is taking 5.5 to 6 seconds for us.  I don't recall it taking so long before.

Yes, I will log a support call.  I'm only retrieving one Account.

Can you (either here or in the case) include details of your environment, I tested retrieve on friday by retrieving 25 accounts from NA3, and it was all subsecond (using .NET)

We're still investigating this, but one workaround we've found is to switch from the default HTTP transport in Axis, to using the CommonsHTTP based transport.

We just deployed the fix for the performance problems on NA2/3/4 with Axis. Please contact support if you are still seeing performance problems.
