Trigger an Email 7 days before a date Specified

Hi

I have a "Service Date Due on" field where I input the date of when a service is due.

How do I set a trigger for an email to be sent 7 days before the date specified?

Figured it out!  YEY!

Greated a formula field that generates a date 7 days before the actual, then created a workflow rule with action.
