How to use a different background color for diff. record types ?

Hi,

Im currently working on Configuration in Salesforce.How to use a different background color for diff. record types ? Any pointers would help me.

no feature like that that i know of, it is a cool idea.

i've never tried it, but you may be able to set a window.parent. background color attribute from a scontrol. The scontrol would be on the detail page somewhere and look to see what record type it was running on (merge field?) then set a color.
