Mass upload of IP Ranges to Profiles?

I have a large number of IP ranges that need to be associated with a large number of profiles and I am searching for a way to automate this vs the tedious (and possibly wrist injury producing) manual method.
 
I have not seen any references to this within the application, the help OR this board. Nor have I seen anything within the API (viewed from Eclipse).
 
Any suggestions?
