Create multiple reports at once?

Hello,
 
I have 100 different reports that I need to run every friday.  I run the reports individually and then export to excel and then email them to 100 different people.
 
Is there any way that i can automate this process?? --or any part of it?

We released open-source report scraper code. This may help you to automate the process. The zipped code is available from Mark Mangano's blog at www.salesforcewatch.com (Post August 23).
