Can we capture the windows login "username" into salesforce.com ?

Hi,

Is there a way to capture the windows login "username" into salesforce.com when user logs in to salesforce?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Interesting question. Have you thought about what information you would want to capture if the user isn't using a Windows machine?

You might be able to do it from IE but you'd have to expose all kinds of COM objects -- it will not be easy at all.
