Eclipse Error When Opening/Creating an sControl

When I try and open or create an sControl I get the following message:

Error opening the editor.
Reason:
javax/xml/rpc/ServiceException


I'm using Eclipse 3.3.0 on Windows XP.  Can anyone help!?

Funnily enough the appexchange.schema browser works with no problems.

Changed back to Eclipse 3.2.2 and it all works fine!

I am seeing the same issue with Eclipse 3.3. Is this an Eclipse version issue or am I missing some other required plugin?

You need to use eclipse 3.2.x not 3.3

3.2.2 does not seem to be available on the Eclipse site.

Thanks.  That worked but when I try to update with the ADN site, I get:

Network connection problems encountered during search.

Is there some way to download the apex eclipse toolkit and install it locally rather than using the web site update route?
