Fields of Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Contracts

Hi All,

 

We need to create the DB for our application. Please provide any reference document/ link which explain the fields of Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Contracts.

 

This would be helpful for us in understanding the relationship between them
