Unable to load Approval Assignment Email Template

Hi ,
 
I'm not able to load Approval Assignment Email Template in Approval Process.
'Error on Page ' is showing up when I click on lookup icon.
Why is it happening like that??
 
any pointers...

Hi

I am having the same issue, did you find any solution? The Look up icon is working elsewhere on my implementation of salesforce, so i cant see any logical reason behind it.

I have been informed by Salesforce.com Support that this is a known issue. I have pointed them to this message so they can add any resolution when it is found.
