Multiple Rules in Territory Management

Hi,
We are currently working on Territory Hierarchy for our Customer.
We have Account assignment Rules, having more than 10 filters which Salesforce is not supporting.We found that the Assignment Rules are not working when we have two or more Rules for a Territory.
 
Eg.  (Pincode >50 and Pincode <100) or (Pincode >185 and Pincode <200) and so on.
 
Any pointers in this issue would definitely help us.

I too am stuck up with a similar issue... I wanted to create an account assignment rule to assign accounts to geographic territories. Say when the country specified is Hong Kong it should be automatically classified as an Asian Territory Account.

I have created mulitple rules with 10 countries in each account assignment rule. But when multiple rules are added to the territory, the rules dont work.

Can somebody help me out.
