Integration with HP - Mercury Intereactive Quality Center , or QC

Hello,
 
Has anyone out there integrated salesforce.com, and their "bug tracking and QA app" on the appexchange, into a mainstream QA tool, like Mercury Quality Center?

I gave it a try but found it to be very problematic when trying to tailor it to my companies needs...

It seems like a half baked feature... spelling mistakes on fields attests to that.

Can you expand on the shortcomings? Are you saying there was something about the salesforce API that prevented you from bringing your integration to fruition?

I don't see how typos (which the admin can fix) affects the functionality of the app. I do think it needs some more fields/workflow rules... and to be tuned to the bug tracking we do... definitely a generic solution.
