Custom Views and Custom Reports/Dashboards

Is there anyway to access and view individual users' custom views and custom reports/dashboards as the System Administrator?  I need to port over these from one org to another org, with as little interaction from the users if possible.

Ask your users to give you permission to login as them
- they can do this by going to setup/personal information - grant login access.

Now when you look at the list of users as the administrator you'll see a login link to allow you to login as your user and see all the views etc. they have defined without any interaction from them.

This feature is limited to Enterprise Edition and above.  Professional and Team Editions users can not grant login access to their system administrators.  They can only grant login access to the Salesforce Support Professionals.
