Hello,
I'm a new SF user. I'm looking for a tool that let me 'connect' to SF (from my desktop) without log in each time. Do You know if this tool (Appexchange) exists?

You mean a browser "shortcut" ?  If so, you can create a new shortcut on your desktop with properties like so...I think FF will allow you to do the same also:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" https://www.salesforce.com/login.jsp?pw=<your password>&un=<your username>

I would not recommend it since your password is available to anyone who can get your desktop, and you remeber to change it every time you change your SF password too. SF does not support as well...but definitely a time saver.

but what I meant is something like SalesFavorits, but I'm not sure it is the right tool for service&support team...
