I am just getting started with SalesForce, and I have a question: Can we edit and control what gets printed when we print a record? I know I can collapse certain Sections, but I am asking about controlling the look and layout of what is printed.
If you have experience with HTML, this is a good tool from Salesforce Labs:

I downloaded Print Anything, but I can't get it to , well, print anything! I followed the tutorial in the pdf to print an event invitation, but no matter what I do, when I click the print Invitation button, all I get is an "Undefined" message, with the status bar going back and forth like an angry Cylon.
Am I missing something, cause this app is exactly what I'm looking for, if I can get it working!
