2 reoccurring errors: help

Our sales team keeps getting the following errors.

Invalid cross reference ID
Insufficient access rights on object ID. 

Can someone give some definition to these errors or point me in the right direction of where I might find help?

Are your sales guys using Outlook Edition or Intellisync? If so, it could be a sync issue where they don't have the correct profile permissions to Edit or Create.

They are using Outlook but they aren't set up for synching.  We're not using that functionality yet.

we have experiencing a similar situation intermittently when sending messages to the SF webservice.

About 1 out every 10000 times (about 10 per day), a request to

delete from recycle bin where id = ?

we receive the error:

insufficient access rights on object id

any idea why we would see this problem intermittently?

We're getting the same error intermittently as well. Seems to be related to users who own a particular account editing others. Not entirely sure. Just one of a few that keep plaguing us.
