What is the significance of UserTeamMember table?

What shall I operate on in Salesforce UI get records in it?

Hi Vikas,

The UserTeamMember object is controlled in the UI under Setup.  UserTeamMember keeps track of default sales teams.  If you look at the user detail, there is a related list called Default Sales Team.  Adding users here will result in users being added to the UserTeamMember object.
