What license do we need?

Hi,

My company is looking at possibility of developing and offering AppExchange application that will allow our customers to integrate our application with Salesforce CRM. So what license do we need for this?

To develop the package all you need is a Developer Edition license, which is free and which you can get on developer.force.com.  Later on, for testing, you might think about getting a couple of licenses of Enterprise Edition, but DE is all you really need.
