When loading historical emailMessages attached to Cases through the API, it does not appear to have the ability to load the records in chronological order. Meaning that I would like to be able to view the emails in a consecutive order that emails originally arrived in. Are there any way to add a custom field for the original date that the emails can be sorted by? How do I solve this?
