Setup > Data Management > NO SANDBOX

Hello,

 

I'm trying to configure a sandbox but I can't find the link to do that.

 

I'm using a Developer Edition. I've been searching through the discussion board and all I found is Setup > Data Management > Sandbox.

 

Unfortunately, when I do Setup > Data Management, there's no Sandbox link there.

 

Am I missing something?

Hi,

 

Sandbox is not available for Developer Edition. Its available only in the Production Environment.

I've been reading the Bulk API and would like to try some API calls. However, I got an error while trying to login to https://login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/19.0

 

It says UNSUPPORTED_API_VERSION. After searching around the web and this forum, I found some answers saying that version 19.0 is available in the Sandbox environment.

 

Is there any way I could access the API without Sandbox?

You'll need to wait until the instance where your Developer Edition organization resides is upgraded to Summer '10 (19.0).  Check out http://trust.salesforce.com/status for the upgrade schedule.
