Displaying queues for selection against a custom field in a custom object layout

I have a custom object. I want to create a custom field which will display all the queues available based on the sharing rules in the object layout.

I am curious as to why you want to do this.  If you go to share the record, you will only see the queues which are available for sharing, right?

That list will be dynamic, as it should be.  Adding a field to an object to display these values would be a lot more work and overhead, I believe.
