Fax

Hello,
 
Don't know if this is the right place to ask but I'll try... Is it possible to send a fax from a case, just like an email?

I think that the easiest way to do this would be if you use a fax program that works with MS Word.  You could then use the mail merge feature which would allow you to populate the fax with data from the record and log an activity on the record that you sent the fax.
