Approval E-mails

Is there a way to have a button in an email to approve an Approval process?  Or anyway to reply to the message with Approved and have it approved in SF?  How would I set this up if possible?

You can use the Workflow Email Approval feature to approve/reject workflow requests via any email client.

If you go to:

Setup --> Customize --> Workflow & Approvals --> Settings

Check the "Enable Email Approval Response" box, and it is enabled. Now you can approve or reject all by simple replying the email with "Approved" or "Rejected" in the first line of the email.


Can you use email approvals if the next process uses manual assignment to the next approver (if required)? I have enabled email reply but keep getting an email that host is not found. Can anyone help?
