Outlook Edition/ Lotus Notes - Email downloaded as TASK - how to change to 'Sent Items'

When synching emails of OE/ or LN connector, they always come down to the 'tasks' or To-do box as 'completed items'

 

Is there a way to change this to go straight to 'Sent Items' as an email?
