Is there any way that i can create new account on sales force while a user register on my site? please give any guidence ....

Thanx for your response I am new to salesForce can you please tell me the API which can do that for me ...

You can use web to lead functionality. After that you can convert it to account as it is general process.

Otherwise you have use API's to create account directly.
