restrict users to access mail merge templates?

Hi all,

 

How to restrict users to access the mail merge template, i want to give access to particular template to the particular user. only the selected template should be visible to the selected user, please help me in this

Hi,

 

Mail Merge Templates visibility are controlled by the Folder access. You can store the Email Templates in a folder and restrict the visibility through the folders.

Thank you for replying, as of i am new to this can you please give me in detail how to create folder in salesforce and how to add those templates which ever is required to that folder and how to give access rights to that folder.

 

If any Link is there or any materials is there please provide me or please give me the guidance to do this.
